The problem with writing recipe blogs is that you are mentally cooking the dish as you write. Actually cooking it can be a whole new kettle of fish.
Well, I’m tickled pinkish to tell you that I followed my instructions and the dish was a triumph dahling!
The pork was cooked to perfection, the goo was almost perfect – the pears were slightly too juicy. The bacon was crisp and the rice and everything else were yum.
Go me!
