Slow Roasted Neck of Lamb
As you may already know, I went to the farmer’s market today where I bought two rolled neck of lamb “joints” from the fine bloke from Twelve Green Acres for the princely sum of eight of Her Majesty’s shiniest Sterling pounds and some pennies.
After a long and busy day, the purchase of those two bits of Mary’s late little lamb resulted in this:
